Morgan Johnston, Editor-in-chief
Hello, I’m Morgan Johnston. I’m a senior at Alliance High School, and have been attending Alliance Public Schools since kindergarten. I am excited for my third year here at the SPUD; taking on new responsibilities as co-Editor-in-Chief my last year at the SPUD. I’m a manager for the Alliance Bulldogs wrestling team for the fifth year in a year.
In my spare time, if I have any, I hang out with my best friends, from just watching movies to going to eat at McDonald’s. I don’t know what I would do without them. My older brother will always be there for me, even though he’s in New Jersey, I know I can always count on him.
On those lazy nights where nothing seems to be going on I turn on the TV and watch one of my many recorded episodes of “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Criminal Minds,” and “Chasing Life.” Those nights are rare, but I savor every minute of them. Music is the main reason I can get through the week, and it ranges from country to hip-hop and pop. Without music the world would be a boring place. Currently I am a CNA at Highland Park Care Center. Although my job is stressful at times, I love working with the residents.
In the future I plan on working with people and helping them preferably in the medical field, but I still have a few years before that comes. My dreams are big, and I plan on working hard to achieve them.
A new and exciting year awaits me, and I’m anxious to see what my last year brings. This year is going to be a great year, with new teachers and new memories. I’m looking forward to share the news with all of you at Alliance High School!
