November To Be Released: Movies

While Halloween closed out the month of October. Thanksgiving, football, and an all day marathon of the ‘Wizard of Oz’ on TBS mark the month of November. Family friendly movies, thrillers, and the long awaited ‘Hunger Games’ finale will be appearing in theatres.

The Peanuts Movie – November 6

Here comes the beloved Snoopy and the clumsy Charlie Brown in a 3D, and CGI animated adventure. Snoopy and his team go on a mission to take down their arch-nemesis, all while Charlie Brown pursues a first crush back home. This November ‘Charlie Brown’s Thanksgiving’ won’t be the only film starring the dynamic duo.

Room – November 6

There are some things so terrible it makes it hard to even imagine happening. ‘Room’ is an exciting tale that celebrates the power of the human spirit For five-year-old Jack, a ten-by-ten foot space is his world, that’s all he has known since the day he was born. While it’s home to little Jack, it’s a prison to his mother. The childhood she’s created is the best that she can do with the limited space, but as Jack’s curiosity increases, so does her desperation. It won’t be long before the room or her captor won’t be able to contain either one of them.

My All-American – November 13

Freddie Steinmark only wants to play football, but many see him as too small for them game. With the help of his father and his ferocity, the University of Texas coach Darrell Royal notices his talents. Determined to make the team, he suffers through the grueling practices and rises up to turn the team around. But when they’re just starting to celebrate the success of the season, Freddie suffers an injury that leads to a shocking diagnosis and the biggest challenge he will ever have.

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 2 – November 20

The last installment of the trilogy ‘The Hunger Games’ is finally here for enjoyment. As Panem is in a full-scale war, Katniss leads the rebellion to confront President Snow. Gale, Finnick and Peeta join her again to go on a mission with the unit from District 13 to assassinate President Snow, who is becoming increasingly obsessed with destroying Katniss. The traps, enemies, and moral choices Katniss has to overcome will challenge her more than the adversity she faced in the Hunger Games.

Pixar Studios take you on an epic journey into such a world where an Apatosaurus named Arlo makes an unlikely human friend. While traveling through a harsh mysterious landscape, Arlo learns the power of confronting his fears and discovers what he is truly capable of.
