Mr. Jacob Brummer is married to Katherine Brummer, an occupational therapist at Box Butte General Hospital. A 2004 graduate of Wilcox Hildreth High School, and a current student at Charon State College, he didn’t decide he wanted to be a teacher until after graduating. But he returned and is continuing his education to get his teaching degree. As of now he is student-teaching with Mrs. Joule, but it isn’t the first time we have seen him in AHS. He showed his face throughout AHS substituting for various teachers. So far he is enthusiastic about actually teaching compared to substituting, and he enjoys the kids. Mr. Brummer’s out of school activities include fishing and running.

As of now he is helping coach middle school football and hopes to help coach track. When he was in Omaha substituting and coaching for various schools, he discovered he wanted to teach. He hopes to finish out his schooling and student teaching strong!
