This year Aydin Mack was selected out of 3,000 other kids in Nebraska to go perform at All-State Band. All-Sate Band was November 19^th through the 21^st in the Lied Center, on the University Nebraska-Lincoln campus. All-Sate Band is not really a competition but more an honor to have the opportunity to play with some of the best high school musicians in Nebraska. Aydin Mack is a senior at Alliance High School who plays the trumpet in the school’s band. He went to Lincoln where he practiced with other kids and then they all performed, The white Rose by Sousa/Brion, Dusk by Steven Bryant, Symphonic Dance No. 3 “Fiesta” by Clifton Williams, and Give us this day (Short Symphony) by David Maslanka.
