Brian Gould, Editor-In-Chief

Hi, I am Brian Gould, a third year writer, and Editor-In-Chief for the SPUD. I am a Senior at Alliance High School. I play tennis for the Bulldogs. I am a diehard Nebraska Husker fan, no matter what the sport. The Green Bay Packers are my favorite NFL team and the Miami Heat is my favorite NBA team #Nebrasketball. The Avalanche, the Rockies and the Red Bulls round off my favorite sports teams. I am the biggest fan of “Psych”, “Criminal Minds”, How I Met Your Mother and “The Office” you will ever meet.

I will listen to any type of music. I play six instruments, including piano, guitar, harmonica, trumpet, French horn and the ukulele. I enjoy hanging out with friends, playing sports and going to the lake. Anywhere I go, I’ll always have my iPhone on me, keeping me up to date on scores, news, and friends. I really enjoy hunting and fishing, you can always find me near a river, lake or in a field early on a weekend morning.

I am a past Master Councilor of the Alliance Chapter Order of Demolay, and I am also the student council president. I am also a member of the Box Butte County Jr. Leaders.

Some of my favorite athletes include, Aaron Rodgers, Jack Sock, Tiger Woods, Lebron James, and Andy Roddick. In the future, I hope to continue my tennis career in college, before earning a law degree, and becoming a lawyer for the National College Athletic Association (NCAA), or an attorney in Nebraska, or Colorado. I look forward to writing for the SPUD this year!
