On Wednesday, November 19, the FFA team attended a leadership contest for speeches on agricultural aspects, as well as demonstrative speeches. Amanda Lower and Sheryl Aby did speeches on natural resources. Brent Thomas did a demonstrative speech. A parliamentary procedure team, consisting of freshmen Cameron Collins, Cody Collins, Dani Carter, Ashley Wallason, and sophomore Colton Nussbaum, also attended the contest. They placed fifth out of six teams.
