On Thursday, January 15, the Alliance Movie Theatre and the Alliance High School Student Council worked together to come up with a fun movie night for all the AHS staff and students. The theatre lowered their price for the movie from seven dollars to five dollars and then the student council gave everyone a dollar to spend on snacks and other things. There were three movies playing, Women In Black 3, Taken 3, or Unbroken. The movie night was a lot of fun for everyone. Mrs. Varner said, “it went very well and it was a great turnout. Everyone enjoyed it.” They’re planning on doing another movie night in April.
