On December 9, 2014, senior Kennedy Cyza signed for a volleyball scholarship at WNCC. She signed in the presence of her parents, Jim and Pam Cyza, as well as her high school coach, Angie Hiemstra. Her future coach, Binny Canales, was also present. Kennedy’s ACT score is pending as she is also eligible for full tuition.

This year, the Bulldogs had a record of 29-14 and a wild card into sub-state, where they fell to Gretna. At the end of Kennedy’s sophomore and junior years, she had 97 kills, 18 aces, an 89 percent serving percentage, 72 blocks, and 47 digs. Cyza completed her final high school volleyball season with 301 kills, a hitting percentage of .317, 75 aces with an 87 percent serving percentage, 97 blocks, and 78 digs.
