Sophomore Class Prepares for Prom and Graduation
The sophomore class at Alliance High School did a fundraiser to help with the cost of prom and graduation over the next two years. The sophomores that participated helped raise six hundred dollars. Mrs. Graham and Mrs. McBride, both teachers at Alliance High School, are the sophomore class sponsors. They talked about a lot of opportunities to raise funds but finally decided on Thirty One Bags and Premier Designs Jewelry. Graham states that “This was just one of those ideas, as most people are willing to buy a product rather than just donating money.” Some of the products from this sale will be used as raffle items during some home basketball games. The sophomore class has also discussed other fundraising options that we will be planning for the future as a class.
