The FFA Organization is sponsoring a tailgate Friday, October 17, 2014. This will be held at Holy Field, across the street from Bulldog Stadium. All proceeds go to help Sophia Collet and her family. Sophia is a freshman who was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and is in Denver seeking treatment. Cody Henderson says, “We are doing the tailgate to raise money for Sophi and her family for medical expenses. We’re serving Sloppy Joes, chips, brownies or cookies, and a drink. It is five dollars to get in.” FFA is the first to do a fundraiser for her, but there will be more to be more to come.
