Hello Everyone! It is finally the month of March, which means it is a very lucky month. Maybe you’ll be lucky in school, work, with your friends and family, or maybe even finally find a significant other. But what we certainly know is that we are lucky the artists coming out with new sensational music that keeps us going each and every day. Artists coming out with music in the month of March are Niall Horan, Alicia Keys, and The Weeknd. Let’s look into what these creators have for us this month. 

 

Niall Horan- Heartbreak Weather: March 13

Niall Horan was born on Sept 13, 1993, in Mullingar, Ireland. Growing up Irish for Niall was a good way to get himself out there, and it would surely give Niall a head-start in the music industry. When he first debuted in public, he auditioned for the “X-Factor” on June 8, 2010. He then placed third within the whole competition with his 4 other band members Zayn Malik, Harry Styles, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson. When their band One Direction split in 2015, all band members went their own way with their own career paths, and have all been successful since then. Niall Horan has released two albums called “Flicker.” One album studio recorded and the other one being live. Niall has won numerous awards from multiple American Music Awards, iHeartRadio Music Awards and a People’s choice award. Niall’s second studio recorded album is called “Heartbreak Weather” and it is set to release on March 13. Some of the songs on the album are “Bend The Rules,” “Small Talk,” “New Angel” and “Put A Little Love On Me.” Niall Horan fans are excited, and are anticipating an exceptional album. 

 

Alicia Keys- ALICIA: March 20

Alicia Augello Cook also known as Alicia Keys is an American musician, singer, composer and overall an immaculate artist. Some of the reasons she is, is because she is a classically trained pianist and started composing music at the age of twelve, then got signed at just fifteen years old from Columbia Records. Alicia has done many things in her life that left an impact on her fans and others. One of these being that she is an ambassador and co-founder of a non-profit organization called “Keep a Child Alive” that provides medicine in Africa for HIV and AIDS. Alicia has come out with six studio albums with “ALICIA” being her seventh. Alicia is such a good artist and will definitely not disappoint this go round. 

 

The Weeknd- After Hours: March 20 

Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, also known as The Weeknd, is a canadian singer, songwriter, and record producer. The Weeknd is a contemporary R&B artist. He has come out with three studio albums, three mixtapes, one EP, and two compilation albums. The Weeknd has won two grammys, nine billboard awards and two American Music Awards. When The Weeknd made his first public appearance as “The Weeknd” in a Toronto nightclub on July 2011. He released two more free mixtapes in 2011, “Thursday” and “Echoes of Silence.” In addition, he contributed to the 2011 Drake release “Take Care.” The Weeknd partnered with Republic Records in September 2012. The album he’s releasing “After Hours”  is set to release on March 20. Some of the artists featured on the album are Futre, Kendrick Lamar, Lana Del Ray and producer Max Martin. The Weeknd fans are highly anticipating this new album, and The Weeknd will definitely not disappoint.
