We made it to 2021! With the start of a new year, there has to be new movies, music and games. Let’s take a look at January’s upcoming entertainment.

Movies

The Reason I Jump (not yet rated) – January 8

Based on the best-selling book by Naoki Higashida, this immersive film explores the experiences of non-speaking autistic people around the world.

No Man’s Land (PG-13) – January 22

A modern Western film inspired by the real-life “no man’s land” area along the Texas-Mexico border. While out on a father-son border patrol, Jackson accidentally kills a Mexican immigrant boy. When Jackson’s father tries taking the blame, Jackson flees south on horseback, becoming a gringo “illegal alien” in Mexico.

Blu enters 2021 with a flourishing career and a praise-worthy new platter to be thankful for. Experience the audio upliftment contained on “God Is Good!”

Sevish: Bubble – January 1

The new Sevish album is be called Bubble. You can expect microtonal wonky melodies and harmonies with IDM flourishes throughout. The album has a mix of styles – drum and bass, midtempo groovy jams, techno. The album closes with something very warm and fuzzy.
