Summer is almost here. The weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and the students at Alliance High School are getting ready for summer vacation. Soon, the students will be spending long, hot days at the lake or by the pool and will need a sweet treat to cool themselves off. Ice cream is the desert of choice for combating the summer heat, and here are my Top Ten Ice Cream Recipes to try this summer.
