KAB Recycled Art Show
If you can find appreciation of art, the environment, and your community, then you will want to keep on reading this article! Keep Alliance Beautiful (KAB) takes pride in taking care of the environment, creating murals, painting crosswalks, and painting windows all around town. They provide an incredible impact for Alliance, making this small town never lose its admiration to its citizens, and to all the people who are just passing through.
Well, KAB is at it again, going from April 21 – April 28, KAB will be hosting an art show at the Knight Museum from 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. From grade kindergarten to seniors in High School are encouraged to submit their art pieces to the show! This isn’t just any old art show! This show gives a chance to design art out of recycled materials, upcycled, reused or pretty much anything that would have been just simply trash. The only necessity is that your art has to be created out of “untrashed” items. This show will be sponsored by the Box Butte General Hospital (BBGH), who has been a long-term partner with KAB. Please check out the Panhandle Post who has published an article themselves, discussing this immaculate art gallery, on April 6, 2023!
