Valentine’s Day
Do you hate Valentine’s Day? That’s a pretty normal feeling. Over time, Valentine’s Day has been known more as a day to celebrate romantics with your significant other. The stereotypical Valentine’s Day consists of buying your loved one either chocolates, flowers or both. “It’s an economical holiday for businesses to make money.” Perhaps that doesn’t have to be the case. You must realize that you don’t need to have a romantic partner to celebrate the national holiday of Valentine’s Day. There are all sorts of types of loving someone, whether it be self-love, platonic-love, affectionate-love, and of course romantic affection. The point is that Valentine’s Day is a day to give you a chance to show your love, and affection to whomever you admire or love and couldn’t imagine a life without. You shouldn’t necessarily need to have a holiday to show your admiration to your loved ones, but this holiday gives you a chance to. So show some love to your admirers, and have an amazing Valentine’s Day!
