At the beginning of the 2012-13 school year, Alliance High School started building a greenhouse next to the Agriculture building. Everyone, including some of the students that attend AHS, pitched in a hand to help build faster. The greenhouse took some time, but when it was finally finished it was an amazing edition to Alliance High School.

Mrs. Joule gave a tour of the greenhouse, showing us all of the different plants. There are a wide variety of plants inside, it is home to several cacti, roses, corn, tomato plants, and much more. Currently, Ms. Walla, the agriculture teacher for AHS, is using the greenhouse to enlighten her students on how to plant, grow, and harvest different plants.
