Oryanna Trout, Staff Writer
Hey guys! My name is Oryanna Trout, but I prefer to be called Ory. I’m the sixteen year old daughter of Michael and Daneen Trout. I have two older sisters and being the youngest in my family isn’t as bad as they say. I am a sophomore here in Alliance and although I am not involved in very many school activities currently, I hope to branch out in the oncoming years. This is my first year as a staff writer for the SPUD and being in the Journalism class, so I hope I don’t disappoint.
I’m not from Nebraska and neither is my family. We came from Colorado, but we moved in late 2001 to Alliance and have remained here ever since. I plan to go to CSU for a bachelor’s degree in either nursing or teaching, before going into the two-year program in the Peace Corps. I want to help as many people as I can before I return home to become a full time teacher or nurse. I really hope I can make a difference in this world, but before all of this happens, I will continue to enjoy watching Supernatural reruns while eating Milk & Cookies ice-cream from Ben and Jerry’s.
