The Boy’s Tennis team was in action this past weekend at North Platte, defeating North Platte 5-4 on Friday and placing third in the North Platte invite on Saturday. The dual started off with the team only picking up one win in doubles with the duo of Kyler Kaping and Keith Sanders. In singles action, the team picked up 4 wins, with the deciding win coming from a tiebreaker with Keith Sanders.
The following day, Kegan Hill, the number one singles player, went 4-1 on the day finishing third. In number two singles, Alex Elston finishedfourth with a 3-2 record. Kyler Kaping and Keith Sanders finished third in the number one doubles spot with a record of 3-2. Number 2 doubles players Brian Gould and Brody Fielding finished sixth on the day posting a 2-3 record.
The team placed third overall out of ten teams, finishing behind Kearney and Grand Island.
