The Girls golf team competed in the Chadron Invitational at the Ridgeview Golf Course in Chadron on September 6. Alliance overall earned 5th place with a score of 428.
Alliance’s Danielle Brennen carded a 91 (46/45), which was her season-best and enough to garner a 5th place medal.
Other Alliance scores included those of Ashtyn Shrewsbury, 54/57 = 91, Monique Jensen, 55/57 = 111, Veronica Behm, 53/61 = 114, Kaylee Dinkel, 62/61 = 123, Delta Wilson, 66/61 = 127.
“Overall, it was a great day of golf,” said Bulldog head coach Nate Lanik. “We still did not fire at all cylinders and can shoot an even lower score,” Coach Lanik added.
The Bulldogs next golf meet will be September 13, at the Monument Shadows Golf Course in Gering starting at 9am.
