January’s To Be Released – Games
As we start a new year we can look forward to some great games and downloadable content (DLC).
The Banner Saga – January 14th
Starting off the list, of course, is multiplatform and tactic based game players are in for a treat. “Banner Saga” is a game perfect for strategy loving gamers who enjoy a mature plot and classic gameplay. With sole 2D animation, 25 playable characters such as humans and horned giants, and a plot that makes every choice a possible last choice, “Banner Saga” is definitely not for the faint of heart.
Dragonball Z: Battle of Z – January 28th
The next installation of the “Dragonball Z” fighting games is “Battle of Z”, and is based on teamwork fighting and combining character moves and abilities. Being a team based game; “Battle of Z” can have up to 4 local players and 8 online to fight together or against each other. With 70 unique characters and soon to be released DLC “Battle of Z” should live up to its older games.
Halo: Spartan Assault – January TBA
With no Nintendo exclusives this month, we move ahead to Xbox 360. With an awaiting release date, “Spartan Assault” was released for Xbox One just last month and is awaiting its reveal sometime this month.
Being one of the slower months for gaming, January doesn’t have much to offer in the way of exclusives. Come back next month for more releases of games, movies, and music.
