This year is Rennie Failor’s 5th year of teaching. He taught for 2 years in Maxwell, Nebraska and this is his 3rd year in Alliance. Mr. Failor did not always want to be a teacher, he wanted to be a welder or draftsman. Although he later decided he wanted to work inside. I asked him what his thoughts were on teaching. He said, “Some days are difficult and stressful, other days are fun.” Mr. Failor has a 2-and-a-half-year-old daughter, he also has a sister. Mr. Failor’s hobbies outside of school include hunting, fishing, golfing, and woodworking. If he was not teaching he would either be on the ranch working, doing construction, or mechanics. Mr. Failor is an amazing wood and welding teacher!
