September is full of big-name releases this year. September is a good month for music because it is towards the end of the year. I think that music always gets better at the end of the year.

Blake Shelton, Bringing Back The Sunshine, September 16th.

Blake Shelton promises that his new album, Bringing Back the Sunshine, finds things a little grittier than they were on his last two albums. “Because there’s people out there, and I’ve been one of them, that have had their heart broken, or they’ve had a tough day at work, or they get stabbed in the back.” Shelton tells Rolling Stone Country.

Lady Antebellum, 747, being released on September 30th.

747 is the upcoming sixth studio album by American country music group Lady Antebellum. It will be released by Capitol Records Nashville. The albums lead single “Bartender” reached number 1 on the US Country Airplay chart in early September 2014.

Kenny Chesney, The Big Revival, being released on September 23rd.

The Big Revival’s infectious first single, “American Kids,” which unites his fancy-free fans on the “faded little map dots, New York to L.A.” The Top 10 hit is already certified gold, signifying more than 500,000 downloads. The Big Revival is the seventeenth studio album. It will be released via Blue Chair/Columbia Records.

The Kooks, Listen, being released on September 8th

Listen is the fourth studio album by British rock band The Kooks. It is scheduled to be released through Virgin EMI Records. It is the band’s first album to feature new drummer Alexis Nunez who joined in 2012, replacing Paul Garred. The album was proceeded by top 40 singles “Down’ and “Around Town”, as well as a third single, “Bad Habit”.

Stay tuned for new music every month. The 2014-year has put out some great projects so far, and many more will come in the following months.
