There is a new face in the hallways this year and her name is Mrs. Graham. Mrs. Graham was born in Brookfield, Missouri. She grew up and graduated in the small town of Hemingford, Nebraska. After she graduated high school she went to Grand Island College, Chadron State College, and then went to the University of Nebraska Kearney.  Mrs. Graham is finishing up her college classes while teaching Microsoft, careers, and web design at Alliance High School.

            Mrs. Graham is a sponsor of National Honors Society, computer club, and a freshman class sponsor. I asked her, “If you had any advice for students of AHS what would it be?” She said, “ Turn in all your work because what you do today does affect your tomorrow.” Her favorite thing about teaching is watching students have the light bulb moment. She likes to see the creative ability of the students that she teaches.

            Mrs. Graham is married to Jamie Graham, and she likes to camp, travel, scrapbook, and garden. Her favorite place that she has traveled to is San Francisco. If she won a million dollars she would give some money to family, and she would invest part of it. She also said she would keep working because she loves what she does.
