Ms. Cape is a 2009 graduate from Leyton High School. She is a first year teacher here at Alliance High School. She teaches Algebra 1, Algebra 1A and a section of Geometry. She graduated college from Doane College, where she also played volleyball for a year. While in college, she was a full time student and a nanny of four. Her favorite class to teach is Geometry, but she just enjoys teaching math in general. She loves teaching math because she enjoys math and wants her students to love it too. She would like to make math  “a little less painful” for everyone she can.

Her out of school hobbies include: being active, spending time with family, and tailgating for Husker games. She is currently the freshman volleyball coach and could possibly be the seventh grade basketball coach.  Ms. Cape is excited to be part of the AHS family and can’t wait to see what the coming year holds!
