Justin Bieber was charged with drunk driving, resisting arrest, and driving without a valid license early on Thursday when the police caught the nineteen year old street racing a yellow Lamborghini, Miami Beach police said.

“What the [expletive] did I do? Why did you stop me?” Bieber told the police officer that pulled him over just after 4 a.m., according to the arrest report. Bieber was booked into a Miami jail after failing a sobriety test, Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told reporters Thursday. He is set to appear before Miami County judge Thursday through a video link from Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where he is now an inmate, according to a jail official.

Bieber made a statement saying that he had consumed some alcohol, smoked some marijuana, and taken prescription medication said Martinez. A Miami Beach officer saw Bieber driving a yellow Lamborghini and was racing against a red Ferrari in a residential area reaching speeds of fifty to sixty miles per hour when the speed limit was thirty miles per hour.

Justin Bieber walked out of jail following his arrest earlier in the day. His bond was set at $2,500 broken down to $1,000 for resisting arrest without violence, $1,000 for a DUI, and $500 for driving with an expired drivers license. He was escorted by correctional officers and waived to fans during his exit. So, is this the beginning of Justin’s fatal fall-out?
