November’s To Be Released – Music
November is here, and some major artists have announced albums that are set up to release within the month. The 2014 music scene is slowly coming towards an end, and usually with the attractions and excessive amounts of popularity music can end a good year.
Teyana Taylor, VII November 4, 2014
VII is the debut solo studio album for American recording artist Teyana Taylor. The album was released on November 4, 2014, by Def Jam Recordings and GOOD Music. Leading up to the album’s release, Teyana released the mix tape “The Misunderstanding of Teyana Taylor” in 2012, along with collaborating on the GOOD Music compilation album Summering 2012. The album features guest appearances from Chris Brown, Fabolous, Pusha T and Yo Gotti. The album was executively produced by Kanye West.
Eminem, Shady XV November 24, 2014
Eminem’s Shady XV is a double-disc collaborative effort with the Shady Records crew. It is his ninth studio album. It’s not two discs of new material, though: One is a greatest hits collection of Shady’s biggest songs in commemoration of the 15th anniversary of “The Slim Shady LP,” and the other features new tracks from Yelawolf, Bad Meets Evil, Slaughterhouse and Eminem himself.
Nicki Minaj, The Pinkprint November 28, 2014
The Pinkprint is the third studio album by American rapper Nicki Minaj. It will be released by Young Money, Cash Money and Republic Records. Looking to depart from the dance-pop elements from her second studio album “Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded” (2012), Minaj wanted to make a follow-up record influenced by her traditional hip-hop. She collaborated with producers including Boi-1da, Cirkut, Da Internz, Detail, Dr. Luke, and Polow da Don.
Big K.R.I.T, Cadillactica November 10, 2014
Cadillactica is the second studio album by American rapper Big K.R.I.T. The album is to be released by Def. Jam Recordings and Cinematic Music Group. The album features guest appearances from Raphael Saadiq, E-40, Wiz Khalifa, Kenneth Whalum III, Mara Hruby, Rico Love, Bun B, Devin the Dude, Big Sant, Jamie N Commons, Lupe Fiasco and ASAP Ferg. Music in 2014 is arriving at an end, and the music scene keeps expanding to a great but sometimes senseless style of recording, organizing, and style. Either music is becoming breathtaking or it is becoming shocking.
