The homecoming hallways for this year were “out of this world!” The freshman, sophomores, juniors, and seniors all did a fantastic job decorating their homecoming halls! Each hallway matched the theme perfectly. All hallways were decorated with lights all over mostly surrounding lockers.
The winners of this year’s hallway decorating contest were the seniors! The class of 2023 had creative ideas on making their hallway match this year’s theme perfectly. With the blow up alien, spaceships on lockers, and lights, it definitely earned first place.
Adding these decorations in the halls is a great way to get students excited for the upcoming homecoming dance that weekend! Not only is it a great way of showing school spirit, it also makes walks to class a little more enjoyable. Ryggin Meyer even stated “I believe each homecoming hallway was creative in it’s own way.” She had also stated, that if she were to pick a winner it definitely would’ve been the seniors. She believed the freshman and sophomores had a little more to work on! Overall, this years hallways were amazing and the Spud definitely can’t wait to see next year’s homecoming theme.
