December 9th- La La Land (PG-13)
La La Land is a modern day musical, set in a city well known for destroying hopes and breaking hearts. In this city of heartbreak, two young talented people meet. Mia, portrayed by Emma Stone, is an aspiring actress pursuing her dreams in the city of broken hopes. She meets Sebastian, played by Ryan Gosling, who is a dedicated jazz musician. The couple soon face a very difficult decision between love and their careers.

December 16th- Rogue One: A Star Wars Story (PG-13)
Star Wars fans will be pleased with the release of yet another addition to the franchise. A mission to steal the Death Star is formed by a rag tag team of crooks, led by Jyn Erso. She assembles a team of rebels, a master swordsman, and non-allied forces. Together, using their extraordinary skills they master a plan to take the Empire’s ultimate weapon of destruction in hopes of saving the universe.

Not even Prohibition laws can stop the raging booze parties of the 1920’s run by gangster speakeasies. More particularly, the rebellious son of a Boston police superintendent, Joe Coughlin, who gave up his life of riches, for a life of crime. In the life of crime there are rules amongst the criminals. Joe breaks a major rule by crossing a powerful mob boss when he steals his money and moll.
