Movies and video games have commonly persisted in popular culture ever since Nosferatu had first graced onto the silver screen. Now while both January and February are both notorious for being box office suicide, that doesn’t stop movie studios from continuously pumping out films in dire hopes to at least break even. Video games, on the other hand, tend to fare better in terms of quality. Let’s look at some of these pieces of entertainment in hope to figure out what is actually worth experiencing.

A strange, mysterious force pushes the moon out of its celestial orbit and slings it straight towards earth. With only a few weeks before the world’s greatest disaster, NASA sends former astronaut Jo Fowler to save everything on planet earth.

Dog (PG-13) – February 18
Army Ranger Briggs and his dog Lulu as they set off on a road trip to go to Briggs’s dead army buddy’s funeral. Hijinks ensue.
