Once his chance to visit Earth comes up, he becomes very excited to experience all the things he’s only ever read about.  Sadly, upon his arrival scientists soon discover that Gardner’s organs cannot handle Earth’s atmosphere, since he was born and raised on Mars, where the atmosphere is much different. Once Bodi has left the mountain and gone into the urban life, he meets Angus Scattergood, a famous rock musician, who he hopes can help him to follow his true calling.
