The month of February has finally arrived, and while busy artists are making their albums great, we’re just waiting patiently as these artistic visionaries complete their pleasant experiments to make our days better. Marketing is decent within the month of February, and while we wait, they’re preparing something special. The music has been nothing but bland this year, but we’ve only witnessed a faint month of it.

Smoke and Mirrors, Imagine Dragons, February 17

The album was self-produced by members of the band along with English hip-hop producer Alexander Grant, known by his moniker Alex da kid. “Dark Sky Paradise” is the third studio album by American hip hop recording artist Big Sean. The album is to be released on February 24, 2015 by GOOD Music and Def Jams Recording in the United States. The album features guest appearances by Drake, Ariana Grande, Kanye West, Chris Brown, Ty Dollar Sign, Lil Wayne, PARTYNEXTDOOR, John Legend, and E-40. Kanye West handled the albums production along with additional production from Dj Mustard, Mike – Will Made It, Vinylz, among many others.

“Street King Immortal” is the upcoming sixth studio album by American rapper 50 Cent, is to be released through G-Unit Records, Caroline Records, and Capitol Records. Initially reported to be released during the summer of 2011, the release date of Street King Immortal has since been revised on several occasions, largely due to disagreements between 50 Cent and Interscope over the release and promotion of the album, which led to the album’s brief cancellation. Music is currently still a slow process, as artists are just turning in their projects to their record labels. The beginning of the year is always slow with music, especially since things can always change, but music will definitely get better.
