Last Friday, January 9, 2015, the Alliance boys’ basketball team took on the Scottsbluff Bearcats at home. The games started at 4:00. The Bearcats lead the Bulldogs 32-22 at halftime. Alliance Sophomores took the loss to Scottsbluff with a final score of 55-50. The Junior Varsity played next at 5:30p.m. The Bearcats took the win with a final score of 52-60. Finally, the game everyone waited all night for, the Varsity game. Alliance trailed Scottsbluff the whole way losing with a score of 60-41. Alliance fell to 2-6 on the season. Scottsbluff moved to 9-2. The girls’ basketball team played in Scottsbluff trailing all the way losing with a final score of 82-41. Alliance girls’ basketball record went to 1-9. Scottsbluff girls’ basketball moved up to 5-4.
